that's why you are 30 and she is 17.
you are the one who knows when and where to put the breaks. you are the one who is more adult, that's why you should be more level headed than her. you must think with your head, knowing that she is a minor, she is your step sister, and knowing that OBVIOUSLY she is flirting with you only and is enjoying having the power over you.
she is not worth it bro, because if she has some kind of respect too for you as her stepbrother, she will not flaunt herself on you .

If I were you I would keep my distance. She sounds a little immature and young. Do you really want to stir up problems within your family for this girl? She knows you like her and she is playing on it, if she felt the same about you she would have been a little more adult about the situation. Good luck

I remember being 17 - its a big game!
She might be all sweetness and light but on the other hand it might be the big gossip at her school/college etc.
Don't fall for it. Not only that you'll take a lot of flack if you do.

too all the americans saying she is a minor, in the UK she isn't a minor, 16 is the age of consent in the UK - she can even get married ...to her step brother if she wanted to...however she is probably teasing you and is more interested in that than anything else

stay clear of her and tell her it's just to complicated and she is too young i think you should find a girlfriend getting involved with your step-sister will only mess up your lives. it's probably just a really intense crush and your probably lusting for her because it is forbidden and you can get over it just get dating. plus it's ILLEGAL.
