It means that she's very comfortable around you. She feels like she can be the true person she is around you without trying to worry about hiding who she really is. This is great that she feels this way with you.

Okay so, she thinks you like her for who she has been, but now she is acting her normal self...
...The best way to deal with this is to probably randomly pull her over one day in the halls at school or anything like that, and just really tell her how you feel about her. Tell her how she's changed your life and tell her how much she means to you... If she does not believe you, then the relationship may not work out well. Maybe ask her to hang out and see a movie or something. You guys need to have more trust in eachother.
Take care.

Well if she is staying with you and being herself around you then just see if you still like her as herself, if she is breaking up with you, you could either ask for another chance and say you could like her for who she really is or just leave it.

tell her maybe you only like her for who shes acting like, but that would only be the case if she's acting like someone besides herself. and also if it is the case that you want to like her for who she is, so tell her to show herself to you because you want to know the real her.

It mean she put up a front to snag you.To get you to fall in love with her.Now to me she lied to you about who she really is.But its up to you to make the decision weather you will trust her when she tells you anything.

She is not for you. Allow her to go.
