What ever you do or don't eat, you can't loose weight and gain a better shape unless you are burning more calories than you consume.
Simple fact is that you have to get your heart rate up via exercise for at least thirty minutes, without stopping, at least three times a week.
I know its hard if exercise is not your usual habbit but there is no way around it. Also you have so many years ahead of you, the sooner you start incorporating exercise into your daily life, the better off you will be hun.
Any other advice you recieve is in addition to this basic truth.
You can do it, mate, even if you aren't naturally athletic and think you are crap at sports. You don't have to be the best, you just gotta be in it.
Be in it for yourself.
Go get em tiger!!!

This is very hard to do but you CAN do it! What I did involved support from other friends/relatives with the same goal. We both/all changed our eating habits~by eating low fat, no sugar added, low carb diets such as diabetics do. We wrote down everything we ate every day so we were always aware of what we were eating. We exercised together every day unless something came up such as one of us being out of town or the weather being nasty. We started walking for 10 min. everyday the first week and increased it 10 or 20 min. each following week for the first couple of months. We also called each other every day or every couple of days. It took about six months but I lost 40 lbs plus I have kept most of it off for 10 or 11 years!! I moved away from the friend that I use to do this with 7 years ago so we don't keep up with the exercise/phone calls but I do still watch what I eat. Another thing that we did & I still do, is read the nutrition facts and ingrediant labels on all foods bought at stores. And most restaraunts have nutrition sheets you can read when you eat out.
I sincerely hope this helps you! Remember this involves support so hopefully your parents will help you with this IF this is what you decide to do. Wishing you the best of luck with this goal!!

I don't think u should worry about it, but if you really wanna lose weight, eat smaller portions of healthy food and excercise for about 30 min. a day (that includes running, riding a bike, etc.).

PS: u really should only try to lose about 1-3 lbs. per week.
