I've been less active for over 10 years, thought they may of just removed it after so many years but just had the missionaires at by door.

Not want a need on a Sunday afternoon with a hangover!

Will say they weren't just knocking on doors but came round mine specifically to get me to go to Church next week.

Here's the real answer. You contact the church and give the bishop a written request to have your name removed. They'll try to talk you out of it and "love" you back into the clan. But, if you insist, they will do it.

Proberbly leaders are having a purrge of visiting their flock - if this is the case wouldn't worry unless of course it became a regular thing then get advise of the local Leaders and tell them you don't want any more visits.

Sometimes you see lots of them in one perticular area going about their work and then they move on to another area, you can recognize them as they are all young and were there dark suits and white shirts.

LDS (or the Mormons) are well known for this, as a Christian I will tell you to tell them to go away and close the door. The Lord counts them as a church that bares faults witness because they do not follow the true path. If they 'stork' you, follow the course of the law by reporting them

The missionaries come not matter what. I put a sign on my door that says, "Unless you're selling Girl Scout cookies, there is no solicitaion at this home; religious or otherwise. Thank you.

Good Luck

They stop by my house too and I've never been a member. Thats what missionaries do. Just don't answer the door.
