It sounds like grease or oil has gotten onto the clutch disc maybe from a rear main seal or oil pan leak,there should be a inspection cover on the bottom of the bellhousing facing the back of the engine.Remove it and if there is any oil in there you have found your problem and the only fix is to remove the transmission and replace the clutch and repair the leak.

It's just geared really low in first gear. Your gonna hev to either let the clutch out a little slower, Or maybe even start out in second gear.,If your other gears shift fine your just gonna have to practice doing the above

Tranasmission and engine mounts can cause this problem ... inspect them visually and also try moving them with a bar.
