My hair does not grow at all. It has not grown for the past year and I don't need a trim cause I dont have split ends. What can I do to make it grow? I eat healthy, by the way!!! :)

Well my hair doesnt grow past this certain lenght as well. But you could try getting a trim regularly and see if that makes it grow. Because hair is kind of like grass the more you cut it the faster it grows.

Some people just can't grow their hair past a certain length. Try massaging your scalp gently when you shampoo, also getting regular trims hepls your hair grow..I read that last tidbit in a mag.

hmm well thats really odd that it hasnt grown. check with a doctor, thats not normal. within a year it should grow at least 5 or 6 inches. hmm meantime take multivitamins, maybe u just dont have enough nutrients for it to grow...good luck!

Add fiber to your diet!...and Brush your hair many times a day!
Hair is not alive only the base called the "cuticle" of the hair is alive.
Hair and nails grow all the time.....perhaps it's not fast enough for you.
