Hi I've been using IE 7 for the past 4 months right from it's beta version, i used ie7 beta, ie7 rc1, and from 1 week back ie 7 final. believe me, it's excellent. I've not tried Fire Fox (I don't like to waste space on my pc, when we've browser default why to go for other, imo) but the thing u need after installing IE 7 is to install good antivirus and antispyware (i use norton 2004 antivirus and ewido antispyware) and update them regularly. Give it a try. Ours is a education department and we have more than 368 computers. still now we have not faced any problem with ie7 (either with beta, rc1 or the final)

I used it when I was on Windows and it was OK...The layout is a lot different from IE 6 and it runs a bit slower on older machines. But if you're looking for features like RSS and tabbed browsing then I would definately recommend the update. If you're not using Firefox or any alternative browser, don't switch now because Firefox is very buggy and Opera more difficult to use. Stick with IE!

I switched two days ago and am desperately trying to switch back to IE 6.0. I don't like IE 7 at all! My scroll bar jumps to the bottom, the tool bar at the top is totally confusing..... basically I hate it. Does anyone know how to go back to IE 6?

IE is horrible. Use any other browser.
