There are three things to do if your heels are cracked due to over weight /exess body heat / not cleaning / scrubbing your heels in bath at least once in a week.As soap settels down and dries up the skin which in turn cracks the skin which might become very painfull at times.
So soak your heels in luke warm salt water and scrub the dead skin and dry them clean and apply perolium jelly and rub it into the cracks of the sole / heel just before getting into bed and repeat this for a month or two on a daily bassis.I feel you should get back smooth heels wihtin 2 or 3 months.

Best option: get a pedicure at a salon. 2nd best slather on lots of lotion, pull on a pair of cotton socks before bed. Repeat until heels heal.
