Christianity is a hoax. What you are feeling is normal doubt about some stories which have been force fed to you.
Trust your instincts!

So you are a back slidden Christian. When you gave your life to Jesus He took it serious. It is not a thing where you can comfortably go and come as you please. God is pulling and the devil is pulling and that is where your confusion is. God will win because He has to. That is just how the big picture goes. If you feel that you don't want to serve him then you need to find out what part of the serving don't you like. P;ease don't say everything because that is a lie. There had to be something in the experience that you felt led to in the first place. I would suggest just finding a comfortable place that you like to go, the beach, the mountain top, or anyplace where you can get quitet and feel at ease. When you get to that place just set down and give it all up including your religion. Give it all away and let only what happens happen. Don't try to control anything just surrender. Set there until you feel the need to move on. Never look back just believe that it is all starting in that moment. Where ever it takes you, you go. If it gets uncomfortable, stop and give it all up again. It may take a thousand times at first to get into total surrender. When you do then the path will become clear and you will not have anxiousness about anything. You will be where you are suppose to be in body, mind and spirit. It sound to me like the reason you are not happy in a walk in Christ is because you still want to run the show. Believe it or not that is playing God and nobody has the stuff for that one. It will eventually eat you alive. NO, SURRENDER, to win. I know that sounds like a impossibility, but that is how you get free. Having Jesus in your life is not about religious doctern. it is about reality and lifestyle. None of us were ever intended to operate withour the "Mind Of Christ." Without that mind we are limited in our playing hand. "Not a full deck." We cannot get happy from outside sources, because it all comes form being complete humans. That comes with the reality that we are suppose to have God alive and well and operating out of the center of our beings.

Many young people have this experience. Some return to the church, some don't.
If you want a better relationship with God, I suggest you devote some time to thinking about Him. I also suggest that you read some important Christian works other than the Bible. My favorite writers of this kind are Fyodor Dostoyevsky and Soren Kierkegaard.
Good luck.

We all go through moments where we feel like we have no faith/
desire. It happens to us at the time that, unlike other people, we
don't need faith to believe God is there. We know He is.
Satan knows we're at this point, and at times we just get weary
through a lack of "goal". Sometimes it's hard to remember how
to keep a "vision" in front of you,.. because without something to
aim towards, it's very hard to ploughing a straight line.
The fact that this is even on your mind shows that you are still
a Christian, otherwise you wouldn't even be thinking about it.
Also, remember what you did when you became a Christian:
You "gave" yourself to God. As His possession. Mind, heart,
body, soul and spirit. The five fingers of our existence.
God doesn't play these games where you give Him something
and then just take it back ("I'm not a Christian anymore"), just
because you're going through a "dry" period. Recognizing that
you belong to God, is also to trust Him.
Remember His words at Jeremiah 29, verse 11:
"'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans
to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and
a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me,
and I will listen to you.'"

God is very much there. The bible is almost all true. The purpose of your life is to have a very close relationship with God. You must get rid of your desire not to want this relationship with God. You will not get blessings from any where else but the Lord. Nothing is wrong with you.

You haven't committed the Unpardonable Sin. Your Still Worried about your Relationship with GOD.
People (very few) who Commit this sin don't want Nothing to do with GOD after that.
You are being Oppressed (NOT POSSESSED)-OPPRESSED-by the Devil.
Agood Tent Revival would Help, if you Haven't Learned Much about Fighting the Devil yet.
Your still a Child of GOD if when you say your a Christian, you mean that you got Born-Again (Spiritman Recreated).
Hope this Helps.

Nothing is wrong with you. God loves you and has a beautiful plan for you. You're just a little confused right now. The way to find your way is to find a good bible teaching church and get into bible study; take it one step at a time, allow God to show you the truth of His word, the beauty of the life He has for you. I pray that He guide you in His righteousness, His purity, His love and His mercy. God is not the author of confusion. He has a straight path for you to follow and will give you wisdom, assurance and knowledge, if you desire it.

First of all you can`t be a Christian one day, and the next day your not. Once you truly give your heart to Christ your his forever, nothing you do will ever change that, ever. Jesus said nothing can be taken away from him that the Father has given him, nothing can be snatched from his hand. The reason you are feeling this way is because God wants to draw you closer to him and your sinful self, and Lucifer doesn`t want that to happen so your very uneasy about it. It`s called Spiritual warfare. Your concience is uneasy because God has opened your eyes to the truth about life, and your fighting him. These feelings your having will never go away until you stop fighting against a God who loves you. You feel it tugging at your heart everyday, you know God is right. We all go through this, it`s how God teaches us. When I pray God always tells me to follow my heart, so I tell you to follow your heart, it won`t lead you astray. God wants all of you, not just bits and peices. I speak from experience of 20 yrs as a Christian, and I am still learning and always will, it never stops so get used to it. God will never leave you alone, YOUR HIS NOW. Jesus said, "Those who love me obey me." If you truly love him, you will obey him, it`s that simple. If you don`t obey him, you will be creating a prison for yourself and you will be very unhappy until you are where God wants you. Pray and ask for strength in Jesus name, ask God to guide you through this trial and he will. When we are weak, he is strong, lean on him. Fight the good fight, and it is a struggle. Be faithful till the end, our reward is unfathomable. God Bless. You`ll be OK, YOU JUST HAVE ALOT TO LEARN YET. Take care. Read Proverbs, it`ll help you understand some things about wisdom.

Nothing's "wrong" with you. You're having what we call a crisis of faith. Happens to all of us. The fact that you're thinking about it is the key to fixing it. Sounds to me like you're in need of fellowship. Most people tend to underestimate how important fellowship is. Talk to people, listen to people, hear the word of God from others like yourself. God made more than one of us so that we would build relationships. You'll be fine. Just trust that God is still speaking in the world and you will hear it at the right time.
Peace.

Usually it is sin. The Bible teaches it is sin that separated us from God in our relationship to Him. It is amazing how quickly people become athiests after they move in with their boyfriends or girlfriends. Take a look at your life are you now accepting things as all right that you used to consider to be sin? What kind of music are you listening to?

Once a person is born of God through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Atonement & Resurrection, person is a Christian. A person cannot become unborn of God.
Well, if that is true with you, you are still a Christian out there in the World where wolves, snakes & scorpion are out there to get you.
I was born of God as a child, but didn't realize who I was in Christ. I wasn't popular in the church and was basically shy elswhere also. I felt judged. People were offended if I liked to talk about God, so decided to not to. After marriage, I moved and didn't talk or think about God.
10 yrs later was reminded (class reuniun). Then I prayed for forgiveness. Went into a 1 yr breakdown. Because of all the deception I believed about God, etc... Was saved from that at a church that I still attend. God saved me from my breakdown.
So, also, maybe you have been wounded when you have liked to talk about God or your testimony. So it is easier to ignor God. You don't deny God, just ignor God. This is just one of satan's tricks to deceive us. If satan can get you away from God's Word and who you are in Christ, he can do harm to you & yours.
What you need to do is repent to God for not obeying Him and reading His Word. Maybe not forgiving those who have hurt you. Jesus said that He fogave & washed away all our sins, so we need to forgive others also.
Every Morning, pray to Father God in Jesus Name and in spirit & truth for a few moments. Look at the love of God. Start with thanksgiving, then repent of anything God puts on your heart, Praise God and love on Him. Thank God that you are the righteousness of Christ, covered by His redeeming Blood.
You wont read the bible, pray to God, go to church to be righteous. You are already the righteousness of Christ. When God sees you, He sees Christ righteousness (redeeming blood). So, since you are made in Christ righteousness, you will read your bible, pray to God, go to church, etc...
You can't be any more righteous than when you were first born of God. Pastor preached this message last Sunday. So I hope I am writing it so you understand. He preached it Good. Christians try to do stuff to be righteous, when they are already the righteousness of Christ. Just grab a hold of that.
