You need to tell your parents. I know sisters trust each other to keep secrets, but this is very serious and your parents need to know. She could get hurt or get in a lot of trouble.

No, you definitely don't stay out of it! How could you leave a person you love dearly to destruct in front of you? You have to speak with and to her about her actions, and make it clear that you are "interfering" because you love her. She is probably seeking attention and acceptance, so it might even be wise to involve a parent. So what if she blames you for coming out with her "secret?" You will have done the right thing and maybe even saved her from a disaterous situation. Write her a letter a.s.a.p and make your concerns clear to her in a gentle, loving way. I wish you good luck!
