I am thinking of buying a 2nd hand motor home,to drive around spain for about a year. i have around 10.000pounds to spend ,can i get a good reliable one for that price.not looking for the big ones,something a little bigger than a transit.any advice and reccomendations ?

YES BUY IT IN THE UK AUTOTRADER ETC DONT BUY HERE IN SPAIN TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF PRICES OF VEHICLES HERE A SUSUKI JEED IN THE UK 96 3-4 HUNDRED MAX IN SPAIN 2500 EURS OR APPROX 2000 POUNDS YOU SHOULD GET A DECENT ONE IN THE UK FOR AROUND THAT MONEY .

i think they are more expensive than that. they sell them on autotrader - also on ebay. i have a regular touring van. they are cheaper, cost less to run (on diesel in car) and when you stop for the night/week then you just unhitch it from car and use your cur to view surrounding areas whereas with a big mobile home you have to take it everywhere you go - very expensive to run and hard to park.

Yes you can. There are really bad camping and caraven magazines in the newsagent. Winter is the best time to buy one.
