I believe we are entities that exist in the moment of Now. We are the Watchers of the Universe. What ever we choose to see, will become the next experience in the next moment.
When we "die", we have chosen to see somthing else. What we see , will depend on what we feel, we want to see.
So if one feels that they want to see again another physical life, then they will re-incarnate.
if not then they won't, and will move on to see what they want to see next.

I absolutely do believe in life after death!
Whether we are reincarnated (I doubt),our souls go someplace else, or whatever, I have no idea. We'll all find out when we die.
The important thing is to believe that there is life after death, and to have faith. We don't need to know for sure. Evidently, God doesn't want us to know right now, or he would let us know.
We simply need to have faith our our Lord, that whatever happens to us, is the best, and that is the will of God.

Hello, C-Dog,
Yes, I do believe in life after death.
No, I do not believe in reincarnation. The Bible says that it is appointed to man to die but once.
The Bible also says that for a Christian to be absent from the body (when we die) is to be present with the Lord God.
I have studied the Bible for 20 years now and been through two seminaries or Bible colleges.
The living word of God is amazing, the more I study it the more I know God. Christianity is more than a religion. It is building a relationship with God the Father, Jesus His Son, and the Holy Spirit. Read the Bible start with John, the fourth book in the New Testament. Pray to God and tell Him you want the truth revealed to you. Just you and God through Jesus, as whatever we ask we are to ask in Jesus' name.
People not yet acquainted with the Lord God
usually ask how can you know that God is real?
Ask Him to prove it to you. When you seek God you will find Him. When you do this you will embark on the most awesome journey of your life. How would you feel, C-Dog, about knowing that you know, that you know, that you know, God is real and that He answers your prayers? Don't worry come just as you are. Take the step of faith. You are in for the most supernatural surprise of your whole life. May God bless you and keep you.

when we die if we are not filled with embalming fluid and buried in a casket like we usually are or cremated worms and maggots feast upon our bodies and our bodies decompose some more and become compost for new things to grow from, yes I believe in reincarnation, life from death, but not we are reborn in to something new or a new life form somewhere else, we are all forms of energy, when we die that energy transforms into something else, I have a much better concept of things than most others do, because mine is the truth and not fantasy

My mother told me when my grandmother died she was laying there on bed at the nursing home, mother was reading to her. she suddenly raised her hands .smiling looking up at the ceiling and cried out JESUS!! and passed on. that's why I came back to Christianity after going to another path. I also believe in reincarnation for certain souls. we are all different in our level of spiritual growth. I could tell you more of my beliefs but I don't have time to write a book.

Reincarnation is how it works.
many disagree, or deny it, but once you get to a certain degree of understanding about how things really are... its just a given fact of existance. kinda like gravity.
... just in a level of understanding and perception that alot of people don't see.
there are various cases of a child for example, meeting someone whos much older, and remembering them, and being able to recall things, from their previous life, there was even a relatively recent movie on this phenomena. but it does happen occasionally... in both "modern" and primitive conditions.

Surely I do. Without the attachment of the soul, our body is dead.
Life on earth is the preliminary stage towards eternal life. Our performance on earth either good or evil will determine as how faithful we are towards the God. Our deeds will be rewarded by Hell or Heaven.

Life as we know it is just a passage-way to something much higher. We are here to learn and prepare for another stage . It is something like the book "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" by Richard Bach
