I'm into to new things, so if given the chance I would try both. Carrot ice cream does sound better than Celery ice cream.

There was a place in my city (Maracaibo, Venezuela), that had ice cream of any flavor, including meat, onions, mushrooms and any other food you can imagine.
Of course they had "regular" flavors, as chocolate, vanila, pistaccio...
They went out of business, can you imagine?
People never got used to that kind of flavors.

I'd try either. As long as it was one tiny spoonful and I didn't have to pay for it. :)
