They are equally the same.
Women can lie easily as men. Maybe men aren't the best liars because women can use her emotions to prove she isn't lying, even she is. Men do it all the time, especially when they are having affairs.

One comedian once said, men lie more, but women are bigger liars. Meaning, a man may say "Im going to Sams house" when they are actually going to bettys. A woman will say "Its your baby".
In all seriousness, I think women are better at it but men do it more often.

Not bashing here, but I think women lie to themselves better than men. That is the "best" lie of all, being able to convince oneself of things that are untrue.
Men lie, but often for some external goal. Women believe them because they are so capable of fooling themselves.
Men would not get away with most of their B.S. if women would stop deluding themselves that what they want to be true really is true....

Women lie better because when we know we gotta lie, we got a story lined up. When men lie, they do it more frequently, but they do it off the top of their heads and they usually get caught up quicker in their lies, and men lie about reall unnecessary dumb stuff too.

women, hands down. a woman can look you in the eye and you that you're the best she ever had and you'll believe it. if a man were to tell you the same, you would be skeptical. we've been faking orgasms since the dawn of time and men have just caught onto it.
