Do not wash them before putting them away, wash them as you use them. Strawberries will last a few days in Tupperware containers. Use them fast they don't last long, might think about freezing them if you have a lot.

With strawberries, it's best not to wash them before you're ready to eat them. If you're going to store them in the fridge, make sure you put a piece of paper towel inside your tupperware container, under the strawberries, so that it absorbs any excess moisture. Strawberries can go mouldy very quickly -- this is why you never wash them until you're ready to eat or prepare them.

Enjoy!

Don't wash them. You can just put them in the fridge, they'll be fine for a few days...if they last that long. Remember, strawberries are very soft and prone to spoilage, so they need to be kept dry and breathe.

Strawberries never last long in my house! I wash them then slice them in half and put in plastic container.

If you are not going to use them right away, just put them in the fridge, when your ready to use them, then wash and slice.
