Bogies contain Omega 3, and vitimans A and D. Research shows that a person who eats an average of 7.2 bogies a day will live an extra 4 years compared to those who rarely or never eat bogies. Dr. Gillian McKeith often recommends bogey consumption and the Royal Academy of Bogey Studies claim that bogey-eating can boost the immune system and protect again such diseases as gonorrhoea.

Bogeys are created from all the dust, dirt, and everything else that goes up your nose. It's not nice. But some research has been done and it would appear that children who eat their bogies have a higher immune system than those who don't. So maybe it is good for you. Who knows?

Silly question but I don't think that eating bogies is particularly healthy because the mucus up your nose is designed to catch airborn particles and allergens but it also catches bacteria and viruses so I wouldn't imagine it is wise to eat them! Yuk!

Anything that comes out of your body is unused toxins. I would not put boogey eating into my list as a healthy past time.
