THIS IS THE RIGHT TREND.
Educational institutes are meant for meeting socities demands; they evaluate themselves by the number of students who are selected in campus interview.

I feel this is the best for the company and also for the students.Both get better deals,and surety that THEY HAVE ARRANGED the required numbers/job at appropriate salary.
