If you have just finished school or are on the verge of completing your schooling and withen the age limit you could give your NDA exams and then after three years of being a cadet, you go to IMA as a gentleman Cadet for one year and then proudly pass out as an army officer. The other option is complete your graduation and appear directly to the IMA and join the same as a gentleman cadet ( though I think you will loose a bit of seniority if you are not from any technical branch such as engineering etc. - where you gain two years seniority) and the last option is to join the OTA which is basically ment for cadets who want to serve the country for five years and then decide if they would like to continue to become permanent officers in the army.

There are certain ways thru which you can become an officer in indian army.
1:- If you are in 12th std i mean if ur in school then appear for NDA exam conducted by "union public service commission". After passing NDA u will get an admission in National defence academy , Khadagwasla pune. it will be 3 yrs course, and here only u will complete your graduation with the training programme. And after successful completeion of 3 yrs , u will get an admission in "Indian military academy " , and this is a last step between you and a proud Indian Army officer.

2:- If you are in college and doin your graduation in science or in enggineering, it is mandatory that u should have choose "maths and science " subject in your school and u should have a degree in science stream,
so if ur in ur final year of ur graduation , u can appear in "CDS- combined defence service, and here u will have an option wether u want to be a part of army , air force, navy, so to become an army officer u should give ur 1st preference as Indian army, after passing this exam, u will get an admission in "Indian military academy", There is one "OTA" programme also in Indian army, OTA stands for " Officer training Academy" for this also u can apply thru "CDS". In IMA it will be a 2 yr course, after succesful completeion , u will become a proud Army officer.

3:- Army is conducting "university selection programme", thru this u will get an admission in Indiam militray academy. This is a very gud option coz candidates selected thru this process got very gud promotion, and mainly they are selected for technical wing....so it is a very gud option for engg . graduates.

4:- U can join NCC right from school and get a "C " certificate in NCC and u will get a chance to attend "SSb- service selection board"..and after clearing this SSb u will get an admission in "IMA-Indian military academy".

ABOUT SSB:-
SSB stands for "service selection board", it is very crucial stage after clearing written examination like "NDA, CDS".
A candidate must have cleared this test. this test is of 5 days, u have 2 go there in the academy and these 5 days they will conduct many rounds, and all these rounds are eliminating rounds, and the candidates who cleared all the rounds will become a part of proud indian army.
All the expenses are taken care by indian government for all the candidates selected for "SSB"

money does all of it... Indians have been suffering distinctive poverty after almost 200 years of british rule. they had to get good working situations and an enhanced appropriate destiny, which the monarchic kings who ruled india fairly ought to no longer grant. And the nice and comfortable theory of democracy provided via employing the english government promoted the indians to connect their armies and rebellion against their very own kings. There could be a 0.33 reason as top, they have been tempted via employing the nice and comfortable provides via employing the english, the british have been complicated people, they used to trick people into their slavery, the two via employing hook... or criminal.
