Well .... I'm having a friend come up and stay for a few days and I was gonna make spagetti bolagnaise in advance (the bolagnaise not the spagetti) so that it would be ready to re-heat, but after a couple of glasses of wine I think I'm gonna order chinese and do the spaghetti tomorrow (sunday is the day of rest is it not lol) ... so chinese all round here, anyone wanna come partayyyyyyyyyy ;o) Chinese, wine and most haunted live, yay good night!

think i am starting with roasted pepper and tomato soup, with a bit of a kick cos has chillies in it
and then roast chicken with all the trimming, also trying the veg that is a cross between a cauli and broccoli, looks like come down from alien planet

Yorkshire pudding, followed by roast lamb with rosemary and mint vinaigrette for the meat-eaters, gourmet Linda McCartney pie for the veggie (!) served with roast potatoes, carrots, spinach and edamame and lashings of home made gravy!

I made steak and ale pie with a wholemeal suet crust, little crispy roasters with fresh carrots, cauli and broccoli. The steak was very tender-really nice. The only downside is washing the pie dish afterwards. :)

Im going to cook spag bol, without spaghetti :D We prefer it done with pasta shells. And I use lamb mince instead of beef as its less fatty.
