Take a decongestant, like Sudafed. That should help.
By the way, they no longer recommend you hold your nose and breathe or blow out a breath, they now say it's better to hold your nose and then swallow a few times.

The doctor can prescribe some medicine that goes into your ear. Or you may be congested in which case you need a different medicine. Ask your doc what is best.

do not placed HYDROGEN PEROXIDE on your EARS. you may want to irritate your inner ear. If it does not unclog by technique of itself, visit a clinical specialist, nurse and so on and ask even if you need to have your ear canal irrigated. that is not painful, even even though it feels strange. In different words, your ears might want to be clogged with wax, not because of an hypersensitive reaction.

Try taking a very small does of anithistimine (like 1/2 of 1 pill), something you would take if you had allergy, hay fever or a cold.

Pinch your nose and shut your mouth and then blow hard without letting the air escape. Ears should pop.
