celery and carrot mix with milk to make juice? what will happen if i mix them with milk?

Yes of course. They have cream soups that use those ingredients.

they'll mix. I mean think about it they all those V8 drinks now with all kinds of things veg. and fruit together so why not veg. and milk. anyway have you ever had celery with peanut butter you gotta drink milk with it so no problem mixing milk, carrots, and celery.
