Copper is a relatively soft metal that is a good
conductor of electricity since it has low resistance
to the flow of electrons. It also conducts heat very well.

Copper is used as a roofing material in certain high
dollar companies because it is very durable and easy
to bend into complex shapes,

Copper is also used for making heavy busbars
for use in telephone companies where they have
big arrangements of batteries that need to be
connected together for emergency DC power.

Copper is used to make the electrical wire used in
homes, business, cars and electronics.

Copper is used to make the printed circuitry on
printed circuit boards in electronic equipment.

Copper is also used on the bottom of certain
expensive cookware in combination with stainless
steel, because copper is also an excellent conductor
of heat.

Copper is also used to make many small sizes of
metal tuibing for use in air conditioning, heating, and
automotive applications where non-corrosive chemicals
or liquids need to be carried in pipes. This tubing is
easy to bend into the required shapes because of
the soft nature of copper metal.

Copper is used to fabricate many radiator components
because of its excellent heat conduction properties.
These radiators are found in air conditioning systems,
cars, and geothermal heat exchangers.
