1. Started drinking more water and unsweetened green tea.
2. Started taking a multivitamin every day.
3. Bought a pair of bath gloves JUST for my face and use them to exfoliate every day.
4. Stopped wearing makeup everyday (just on special occasions now).
5. Started going to an aesthetician once a month for facials with extractions.
6. Started taking more Omega 3 fatty acids.
I'm almost 40 and my skin looks great. Better than it did at 20!

As you've already said drinking loads of water definately helps. I also use Elizabeth Arden visible difference and Botanic (from Boots) eye and lip correction serum. The Elizabeth Arden cream can be quite expensive but Ethel Austin have got an offer on it at the moment for about £10 for three product incl visible diff. The Botanics Serum is about £10. I also use this Garnier face peel product every other day.
Ok it is a lot of hassle, but you get used to it. Also I always think that people with good skin look great even when they are perhaps not feeling that good. Quite a few people comment that I have really good skin with no wrinkles ( I have got wrinkles but then at least they are not as visible)
Oh, also a good nights sleep is supposed to help too - I never get that tho lol.
Hope that helps in some way

I dont think you can ever get rid of wrinkles, but you can reduce the appearance of them. I have tried a new product. I haven't used it regularly like they suggest because I'm just too busy and tend to forget I have it. But when I do use it, my skin feels younger and smoother. I use a Neutrogena Microdermabrasion system. I saw the Susan Lucci one advertised on tv and did my own research and looking around. Found this at my grocery store for the same price as hers, and I don't have to join some monthly automatic shipment club for supplies. It only takes a few minutes, and it takes away the dead skin cells and smooths those tiny dry skin pimples that always form on my forehead.

MD Forte Products have worked wonders on my skin. Not only have wrinkles been reduced, but acne and the marks left behind have disapeared, sun spots are gone and my skin is smooth and tighter! I use the level III. They recommend that you start at a level lower and work up to level three. Good Luck!

Hi, Yes, I found a product back in May that did exactly that for my complexion. There was such a difference that people started asking what I was doing. I started using a product from a company called Arbonne and it is their RE9 Anti-Aging line. You can view it in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com

I've been using the Olay regenerist stuff, particularly the Thermal Skin Polisher. I've been told my skin looks smoother, and more healthy. I'm not sure if my skin really looks younger, as I'm 25, but I do get mistaken for my students sometimes!

hi,
My mum has wrinkles too. She puts something cream called Natural Shea Butter on her face at night. Her wrinkles are alot less obvious than they used to be. She gets the Shea Butter via email. She emails naturesgifts29@yahoo.co.uk and gets it sent through the post. I think its £5.00 for a pot (including P+P) and in that you get just over 50ml. Its well woth it!
Good look

I love Eucerin cream as an eye cream. It's cheap and works as well as those $300 a container stuff. You can slather it on your elbows and heels and other dry spots too.
