Yes but they do not remove the "I'm masturbating want to watch questions"
It's kind of like how our police and court system works in real life

Your question probably violated some guideline and got yanked. Rephrase it within the guidelines and repost it.
Keep things in perspective. It's only a question, not a rejection of you as a person. Sheesh!
Pay no attention to points, do you really think that the point leaders are really answering 11,000 questions in 6 months and maintaining some kind of balanced life? That's ~ 64 answers per day! At 5 min per answer, that's over 5 hours per day!

These yahoo Q&A thing is sensitive to or being monitored the nature of the Q&A. Your question sounds like a pickup line. And you should know by now, that lots of people got in trouble for picking up young girls on the internet. it could be the other way around for you. So you may have to be careful, as I say they do monitor what goes on online. I'm not a Yahoo personel. Just trying to enlight you that's all.
