How can I improve my stamina, and get my arms stronger? Are there and specific work outs I can do?

the simplest way is to do push-ups.Until now, my maximum push-ups that i can do per day is 35 push-ups per rep(300 push-ups per day).u will see the results sooner or later.Good luck for you.
