Dark circles under the eyes are often genetic. Especially if you are pale its hard to hide. I use pink (YES...PINK) cover up under my eyes and it bounces the light off of the pink and its a great concealer. I first saw this on "What Not to Wear"....by the makeup artist...and it works. MAC sells pink concealer. Everybody says yellow concealer, b/c it's suppose to cut the blue under your eyes (like counteract it)...but just give pink a try. I swear...hand over my heart. I've used yellow concealer for years then tried pink and it works A LOT better...it's amazing...If you live in a town with a MAC beauty counter, go try it for free. You can order stuff on line from MAC too.

This is quite a common beauty complaint. The area beneath the eye has no real underlying layer of fat (it is present in all other areas of the face), and as a consequence, it’s somewhat transparent and blood vessels are more visible. Without this subcutaneous fat layer there’s also a greater chance that any collected fluids will be much more obvious in this area; it might look like you have ‘bags’ under your eyes after crying a lot or after a series of late nights. Medications or creams are very unlikely to make any appreciable difference (except the application of make-up, of course). Don’t waste your money on products that don’t deliver – staying fit and healthy is the solution to keeping those dark circles at bay. Laser surgical techniques will not correct this unless you have abnormal blood vessels in your face. Good luck.

Well make sure you get enough sleep for a start, but if you are then try some eye creams. I used to get black circles under my eyes too and I'm only 14, and what I used were cucumber slices - just put them on your eyes (thinly sliced) for 10 minutes minimum every day. Or you can use eye pads (buy them from Boots or somewhere). Hope this helps!

Lack of sleep and not drinking enough water, leads to this common complaint.
Apparently, slices of raw potato and cucumber on your eyes, for 15 mins, do help.
Apart from that, eye compresses, in the form of used/dampened herbal t-bags cooled in the fridge, also works wonders.
camomile revives tired eyes
mint banishes dark circles under the eyes.
I hope that helps!!xx

whe you get stresed or don't have enough sleep you get the circles under your eyes. untill you'll life is completely stress free and you get at least 8 hours sleep a day your best bet is to cover them up with a conceler. Mary Kay has a facial highlighting pen made for the dark cirlces under eyes to cover them up. I LOVE IT!

stop worrying. be happy. change your career.get married. get divorced. have kids. go on a vacation. have a face lift. home makeover. do something. something exciting with yourself that will change your life. its a long process. one day when you look into the mirror you will seriously have no dark circles. until then, conceal it with a foundation of your skin tone. it happened with me, it can happen to you!. i had lots and lots of dark circles. i bought a house, i got a baby, i took up a music course. my life changed, my dark circles vanished.
