BUT, I did a thing that calculated about how tall I will be when I am an adult. (5'4 I know, short) anyhow I know I cant make myself grow, but are there any foods (other than milk and dairy) I can eat to make sure I reach my full potential? Anything elsa? thanks!

this may definitely help..you may even grow and it is an easy solution..plus, if it doesn't help there are other health benefits.

know also that high protein foods like milk cause one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (there is a correlation between milk and osteoporosis s well.), so contrary to what the dairy industry tells you, milk is not good for you...especially pasteurized, homogenized milk.

See the answer I gave here (towards the end the long one in sources..I think it will help as it has to do with the calcium levels, etc

good things come in small packages! I am 5'4 I learned to walk really well in heels lol a good diet always helps, but it is the bad thing that may stunt your growth that you should stay away from like smoking, drinking, yo-yo dieting all bad for your skin too.
