Go to MS word. Go to Windows. The drop down menu should have the word "Remove Split" Click that. If it doesn't work right away, then you'll need to troubleshoot. You can always grab the grey line and move it to the top or side of the document. Good luck.

Just drag the split to the top, bottom, left or right of the screen - depending on which way it is split. It should then disappear.

S'easy. Delete NORMAL.DOT. When Word re-opens it'll create a new one without the splitscreen prob.
