Mouse is an input device expressly. A touch screen is an input AND output device.

b.
The hard copy is a permanent reproduction, on any media suitable for direct use by a person (e.g. a printed sheet)
A soft copy is essentially the unprinted digital document file.

c.
The file name is the unique identifier of a file (the file can be anywhere - e.g. calc.exe). The path name is the file name completed with its place in the directory structure (e.g. C:\Windows\system32\calc.exe on Windows or /etc/init.d/network on Linux).

d.
(I guess you think for Internet libraries.) This is a hierarchical organized index where the entries are links to their content. The directories are entities in a file system which contains a group of files and/or other directories.
