You will need a version of Windows that is Arabic enabled. When you install it you will have the Arabic letters work, even without a key board with Arabic letters on it.

Arabic Keyboard is supported by window.
go to Control Panel, Regionl Language Option, Unger Advanced Tab, and clikck on Arow key to drop down the list of other language, click on your desired language e.g. Arabic( Sudi Arabia) Click apply, click ok.
to switch between keyboar, I think you have to do alt, shift or Ctrl+alt Shift.
