lol, i get it. but lots of things can be created in a word. For example the word "Hell" has created hundreds of thousands of christians worldwide. because if religion didn't offer some views on what happens to you after you die, then there would be MANY fewer Christians.

If that word, could be spoken to trigger a series of events known to the speaker to have\give a particular result, it could be thought of as a spell. Like a temptation can be uttered to invite a desired result. Let's say that word is love. If used rightfully or wrongfully, it has the power to create life. So if abracadabra became the new word for love, it should be used wisely .

People back in the cave man days were a bit simpler. God by his "holy spirit" or more defined "active force" or power it what gave engergy and able to begin creation. Not even abracadabra is can create anything. maybe if you use simon says ???

You will know when you see creative miracles where people with no eyes or no teeth received new eyes or new teeth when words are spoken by anointed men of God for God to move on them. You will experience it when the Holy Spirit gives you the power to do it. If man can speak the word and things are created there is no reason why God cannot create everything in the universe as He is the Great and Mighty God

It has nothing to do with creation, that word is used to distract the audience while the magician (or illusionist) alters something or makes a change.
