Even in winter we think you should take only carry-on. Pack one or two sets of thermals and warm socks. Two pairs of comfortable shoes so you can change them out if they get wet. Wear a warm jacket. Remember you can layer... and you're in Seoul! You can shop for more warm stuff!! See our packing advice http://www.mousetourstravels.com/carry-on-packing-tips.html and our basic packing list http://www.mousetourstravels.com/basic-packing-list.html Lean more towards the warm stuff.

Happy Travels!
