My question must be, "Why are you asking us this for the third time today?" ;)

I dunno. If you're really concerned about this, ask your doc to see if you can be set up with a brain-scan. In the meantime, make sure you get plenty of sleep, plenty of protein, and plenty of Omega-3s/

*shrugs*

Maybe you're really attention deficit. Who knows?

As you might know the brain is a muscle and from what I understand of what you wrote. I think you should try and read a lot instead of watching t.v. and play memory games because no matter what you are doing it is definitely affectin g your short term memory as well as your concentration. If you smoke pot that would be the reason if not you can counteract with making your brain exercise, reading and don't forget memory games are excellent for the memory and the attention span, helps with alzheimers... best of luck with your problem...:)

You obviously do not concentrate to the matter in hand which may result in you trying to shortcut important things in your life. Perhaps described as Day Dreaming. Concentrate and for an educated forgetful person do use the 'Spell checker on your own question !

Not enough quality sleep is a big factor, also stress (too much in your head all at once!), and depression cause poor memory. Any of these sound like you? Lack of exercise could be it too, as you wouldn't be having proper circulation...and lack of oxygen to the brain.....

Could be a number of reasons. Do you drink much alcohol? Cause I do, and I'm lucky if I can remember where my house is.
