how do you know that this person in your life is the one that you are supposed to spend the rest of your life with? do you believe that you cant really choose who you fall in love with....that even though you envisioned a certain man/woman to be your true love...instead you fell in love with someone you might not have expected.?

I heard once that love is the feeling you have after the lust is gone, after the period in the beginning where everything feels wonderful and that person can do no wrong, after the person no longer consumes everything so you give up on friends and a life that was important.
In love is the feeling you have after all of that has settled down, and the hard, but rewarding work of being in a relationship is there. That feeling that you want to spend forever sharing your life with this person, that you can depend on them in crisis, and the days are better for them just being in it.
From my experience, this is true. Adding to this, I think the best way to know is to go through the rough times, and sometimes it is really rough; and know that this feeling and this person are worth fighting for, worth the bad times.

I don't really think that you can choose who you fall in love with. I think it just happens. Everybody dreams about the perfect person, but in reality does such a person really exist? I think it is exciting to fall in love with someone totally unexpected. It gives you more mystery and passion in your life. As for if it's the right person, we never know unless we go for it. We might fall in love with many people in our life but only you can decide if thats the one for you. My advice is just be happy with who you have right now. If it doesn't work out, there will always be other opportunities in life. Just live now not in the future.

There are all different kinds of love and there is lust. When you get lustful love you really know. The rest of your life is a longtime. That is when many other factors must be thought about. Imagine what kind of future you will have with this person. Imagine it in every way, financially, family, socially, etc. . do you like what you see. This in time will answer your question.

Happens to the best of us. Big difference between love, lust , being in love and loving someone. So many types of love. Make sure that all the other qualities are right and that that person has got a good character. But as the saying goes.......love is blind. Very true.

if u think about them day and night.cry when ur not with them.think of all the good times u have and have an intense physical relation its definiatly love.and if u listen 2 love songs and think about them, its a major love sighn
u can choose who u fall in love with but sometimes love comes from the strangest places at n-e time.like in the movies when pplz are just about 2 get married and then their long time friend comes and breaks down 2 them.im not sayin its gonna happen all the time but it can definiatly b reality

it's when you have a nice n great feelings when you are with him/her. you also have the feeling that you want to be with them even if you just wave him goodbye a minute ago. you know by being with him/her, you feel loved, secure, stable and you'll have a great time.
