I make a mean egg sandwich!
Wheatberry bread with Miracle Whip.
Fry 2 eggs in 1 Tbls. butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder and coarsely ground black pepper. When I turn the eggs, I add a slice of American cheese and more garlic powder and pepper. Quick and sooo good.

For a quick breakfast, eat cereal oats from the box poured
out into a bowl, add milk and a teaspoon of sugar.
Then drink up 1 glass of orange juice.
That's it. You're on your way to work!

One egg cracked into a small bowl and microwaved for 35 seconds. Slide onto a slice of wholegrain toast. Healthy and takes only a couple of minutes. It's what I have every day.
