He is expresing dominance over you. This is a not-so-positive behavioral problem

If he isn't neutered than now is as good as any other time

Next work on your relationship with this dog..

he needs to know you are dominant & not him

My brother's doberman used to do this. Its a dominance thing.
If someone tried to pet Petey when he was doing that to my brother, Petey would bite. My brother was "his," so to speak. And no one should get near Petey's territory.

he's not operated right? cause operated dogs dont usually do that.
