What nearly every one has said is true, but there is one thing that you may have overlooked. How long have you been overweight? before I forget, stop calling yourself fat man, I sense you are at the stage of depression, are you? I am a big guy myself, I lost around 7 and a half stone in jus around 18 months, I lose a stone in 4 and a half hours because I am on kidney dialisis but I have to watch my diet and fluid intake very carefully. Back to you, have you been overweight for some years now? and are you very overweight? are you diabetic?have you had your blood pressure checked? if not get it checked now and your blood glucose, are you lonely? do you have any friends?
If you are very overweight and for a long time, waste no time and get yourself checked over by your GP because you could be suffering from all I have said, god forbid you don't have renal failure like me.
Are you a big eater? do you eat lots of fried and fast foods mif you do you must stop or you will have an early death and I am not lying please beleive me.
if you have kidney failure, you could be like me, I carried more than 9 stone of extra body fluid and no one beleived me, not even my GP until I went to see a kidney specialist. I was once 30 stone then less than 2 years ago was 28 and one half stone, today am now just a shade over 21 stone. I was 21 stone when my Nan was alive, and when she died I shot up to 30 stone.
Don't make huge targets like 5 or 6 stone as it will depress you more, aim for 2 at a time that's what I do and it works.
Keep yourself busy, don't take anymore money than you need if you are going shopping, keep away from KFC etc they are like James Bond, that's what I call them, Licence to kill.
Talk to people, don't watch cookery programs etc.

Eat less, exercise more, it is as basic as that, you can help by eating more of the right things, such as fruit and veg, but then you probably know that, if you dont like fruit, veg and salad then this is because you havent eaten enough of it, you can retrain your body to like all the right things, and your taste buds will change too. I lost weight, well actually I think I have attained my ideal weight, this is not the weight society says I should be but the weight I feel well and comfortable with, about a stone above what the doctor says, I did this by changing the way I eat, a good cereal for breakfast, one with no sugar or salt, sometimes for supper, and lots of salad with main meals, usually wrapped up in tortilla's with lots of low fat mayonnaise, is really appetising. I found that I did not feel hungry, I felt better, and I still treated myself sometimes although after a while the taste for fatty foods dimished. I lost three stone this way without ever feeling hungry.
By the way, dont join a gym, a good walk is all you need, and once you lose weight the extra sex will help you keep it that way.

I would always start the day with breakfast, I find cereal bars good. Don't be tempted to use diet pills as the only pounds you'll lose have the Queen's head on. Start exercising slowly and build it up, swimming is a really good low impact exercise to start with. Eat sensible meals combining all the food groups during the day. I started doing this 3 months ago and have already lost 16kgs. Good luck with it, i'm sure you'll do well.

First, if you are truly fat as your ID implies, see your doctor and make sure you are OK for it. Then, eat healthy natural foods (lean proteins, fruit, vegetables, whole grains) in small portions. Start exercise with walking as far as you can every day and with some stretching. Then increase your distance and pace and bring in some weight training. Good luck, but just strive to be healthy and don't weigh yourself. Measure your progress with the smaller sizes you will fit into and how you feel.

try a healthy eating plan rather than a diet don't restrict yourself form treats as this is when you cheat. My boyfriend lost 5 stone in less than 2 years on Weight watchers I am doing it now they have 2 plans and I do not feel restricted its great.

Do more exercise, eat less calories.
This is the equation, it really is this simple:
If callories in are greater than calories out, then you will gain weight.
IF
Calories out is greater than calories in then you will lose weight.
Stop eating and go to the gym.

eat smaller portions excrize and figure out why you eat too much. Keep a journal . Write down what you eat and how you were feeling when you ate. I know it sounds stupid but I did this and found out that I was using food as a comfort. I've lost 25 pounds since good luck!!!

you should go out more often babes
the more you go out the more you forget about food.dont sit in front of the tv too much or you feel like eating even more.you should go to a dietist and they will give you a list of what to eat.dont worry babes, if you say to your self that you can do it you can!:) find a pair of old jeans that are too small for you and try every week to fit in them.trust me it will make you want to lose waight even more. It is very easy.Get up earlyin the morning daily before getting sth,run two kilo meters daily and eat a light food.Within 15 days u will find yourself light and continue this practice your weight will be according to your choice.
