Do you know what causes you always feel stress. if you can find out the root cause, find a way to overcome it. I believe it can reduce some of your stress. If it can't work well for you, try to go to the seaside and shout out all your unhappiness it maybe able to help you

Think positive, become an optimist and always think before putting your mouth into gear. Listen to others before speaking and respect others views even if they differ from yours. Also if you feel stress coming on take some deep breaths and exhale x 10 times. Best of luck.
