is there any baloon ride available in Thailand?

Yes, apparently there are. See below. One in Chiang Mai and another in Pattaya. I don't know how current these websites are. The rides are limited of course by conditions so early in the morning or late in the afternoon and they don't appear to be cheap around 8000 to 9000 baht.
