ACE your face. Read that as nourish your skin with vitamins A, C & E. Washing your face is the best way to remove the oils and dead skin cells that clog your pores and lead to acne. It will also remove the vitamins your skin needs to stay healthy looking. After cleansing your skin try adding a toner and moisturizer to replentish the lost nutrients.

Have a balanced diet and drink lots of water
Wash your face with a non-hypoallergenic soap or facial
wash every morning and night
Stay away from fatty/oily food

II.LIVE A STRESS-FREE LIFE

Get at least 8 hours of rest/sleep
Take it easy.. try to relax and think positively
