A few times probably would not hurt but eventially it can irratate the lining of the stomach and cause ulcers.

Aspirin inhibit the activity of prosglandin E2 action which prevents the wall of stomach wall from acid and pepsin digestion.
So taking it empty stomach can lead to ulcer and may cause bleeding from stomach if the ulcer is deep enough to reach the vessel within the stomach wall.If ulcer is very severe,can lead to perforation of stomach.

It is an acid and irritating to the lining. I take it on an empty stomach frequently and have not emphasised that to my patients. There are enteric coated aspirin now to avoid problems.

It is harsh and can damage the stomach lining, and could eventually cause ulcers.

Because you will become shaky and dizzy and probably throw up.
