He is always looking at me(smiling)eventhough I try to put on a serious look. He likes calling me names. Always making fun of me. Uses all kinds of names to call me. He likes play hitting me(on the forehead). Always talking about other girls that he like in front of me. His friends often making fun of him about me and him. He is shy of that and always change the topic and uses other couple names. Does all this mean anything? He is very talkative. He is a Pisces and I'm a Sagittarius. If it helps. Eventhough I don't really believe in this horoscopes.

Make progress towards him and find out the truth to your liking. There is as such no clear cut/shortcut way to know the hints. It is a consonance of mutual feelings: Yours for him and his for you.

1. While a guy is talking to a girl, if he touches his lips and/or neck, that means he has an interest. If a girl touches or moves her hair around, then so does she. But if it is something that they do for chapped lips or something, then it isn't a hint.
2. The guy you know wants your picture and asks for it, he probably likes you.
3. He wants to get your (and only your) attention most of the time. And when hanging out with friends or when you're in the same class, he always notices if you're there or not. It's good if you catch him actually asking/looking for you!
4. If this person is constantly calling you, trying to get you out and stuff. If you are interested, definitely give back hints, because many people are shy and are afraid that the other isn't interested.
5. If a guy raves to his friends things about you that he is obviously impressed by, even if you don't think they are that impressive, then it is a sign he probably likes you.

I am guessing that you two are in your teenage years based on this question. He probably likes you and would like to pursue you as a possible girlfriend. However, he is probably awkward, shy and doesn't know the first step in asking you out or to at least flirt with you.
How do you feel about him? Do you like him? If you do, you may want to go up to him and talk to him and make him feel at ease around you. I know it isn't customary for a girl to make the first move, but do take in account that the young man isn't too far removed from the "cootie phase" of life and needs to learn how to relax around the ladies. Try asking him out. You may be surprised and he breaks out of his shell. He could also not be interested or clam up when you do the approaching. If that is the case, move on because it is his loss.
