Even if I get 12 hours of sleep I'm tired. Because I get up late, I usually skip my breakfast. And I am having trouble even doing studying at school. I’m finding myself always falling asleep in classes. I usually make plausible excuses in order to skip physical education classes. Since I always feel tired, I prefer to staying home and watching TV. Nowadays, it's getting worse, and beginning to be so bad. I wish I could be more active. Please help if you possibly can.

Your skipping breakfast. That's a big NO NO. Breakfast is an energy booster for your body. If you skip breakfast you might experience drowziness, headaches, being cold a little mor ethen usual, etc. Also, you need to train your body to get usto physical education. Your body has all that energy and isn't using it makeing it even more tired. Try not to make an excuse and excersize a little at home like walking around your house for 10minutes...anything will help.

Talk to your doctor.

If you are getting sleep then it seems like your diet. I know it sounds old but do you eat fruit and veg? You need to eat these things because if you aren't then you body is lacking in the nutrients it needs. Make up a nice salad with some round lettuce, tomato's, some fetta cheese, slice up some avocado, and top it off with some olive oil. Eat pasta too, this is great power food. When you're done have some mixed fruits sliced up. You'll enjoy it. Have it with ice cream if you like. Do exercise too. In order to have energy you need to spend it. So run up a good sweat with a good workout every 2 or 3 days.
