Reading from the left to right: Peiji. The combination of the two characters doesn't have a specific meaning. (i.e. They are not a word in English.) It could be a name to anything but most likely the girl's name Peggy.
Reading from the right to left: Jipei. Again, the combination has no specific meaning however could be used as a name to anything.

that's certainly jap kanji, and the first 3 kanji propose jap (as in jap people), yet some thing else is too small for me to make out. that's nihonjin. through the way, that's romaji, no longer romaNji.
