Haha..i have this problem all the time. :)

For immediate relief,

1) Take a short nap. (Suggested venues: washroom, meeting room)
2) Offer to run an errand.
3) Snack.
4) Arrange a meeting/ appointment in the afternoon.

If you perpetually feel tired, then

1) Take some herbs to boost your energy levels. If you have access to Chinese medicine, you might want to take liu wei di huang wan (六味地黄丸), dang sheng (党参) regularly.
2) Go exercise.
3) Change job. If it is the main cause (ie, too demanding or too boring) of your tiredness.

May be you've been under great stress lately. May be you are not very happy at home.
Stress is a major source of lack of enough sleep.Look into the situation and remove that stress factor. It most likely is the cause.
If you still find yourself falling asleep at work again, please see your physician as soon as possible.
