he is 21 and i think something was supposed to break but nothing happened . he has av foreskin and you cant see any of the head .does this have anything to do with it. why did he not produce sperms ?

Men don't have anything to "break." Women on the other hand have a hymen which breaks.
There could be any number of reasons why he didn't ***. He could have had a "dry" orgasm (which wouldn't produce sperm but would still give him a tremendous amount of pleasure) or he could have masturbated before you had sex with him and thus had no sperm to give. He also might have been very nervous and thus wasn't able to have an orgasm. That is surprisingly common.
I wouldn't worry and it is likely a short term situation. Try again in a few days.

He was probably too overawed by it being the big occasion. Nothing is supposed to break on a man, only a girl. Having a foreskin protects the sensitive part and makes it easier to arouse an uncut man. If he was a virgin, he's probably used to masturbating with his hand at much more rapid pace than that of intercourse. This makes it difficult to ejaculate at first. If the problem persists, he could try masturbating with his non-dominant hand until he gets used to the slower pace.

i think the most probable explaination was that he was nervous. also, if her cant pull his foreskin right back he may wanna see the doctor as it can cause problems

to tell you the truth, when i had sex for the first time i too did not ***, probably becoz i was nervous. it depends on the comfort level of both the parties. just be assured & make him relax the next time.

First time is always challenging ,you don`t know what is gonna happen maybe both of you were nervous ,or he wasn't`t ready .i think you should do it again ,ask him how he feels and next time do it right ;)
