I am wondering if you have a food allergy or sensitive to some certain types of food.
Have you had a blood test or other tests to see why this may be so?
Make a list of the foods that make you feel squeamish and show these to your dr.
There are lots of food allergies you can develop.
One which springs to mind is : celiacs disease - an insenstivity to gluten (which is found in breads and other foods).
This can cause bloating, gas, stomach pains, diarrohea, weight loss and general irratibility.
The only treatment is to stop having gluten in your diet.
Another is lactose intolerance which is a sensitivity to dairy products or even the protein in dairy products.

The best person to speak to is your dr.
He may want you to have an endoscopy or colonoscopy just to see what may be causing you to be squeamish.

10 meals - that's pretty ok.
Your a young person and probably a little fussy, right?

I wouldn't say you have an eating disorder though, unless you are worried about your weight...

Try and eat sensibly as well and cut-out junk food.
Long term it can be harmful to your health. Too much fat and sugar can make you feel sluggish and ill.

Best speak to your dr. if you are overly concerned.
I wish you well : )

Nope, but that person above sounds about right. It's more an OCD thing. I can't eat blue foods, especially blue M&Ms.

You might want to take a multi-vit to make sure you're not missing out on some important nutrients. Otherwise, I don't see it a problem.

Sounds more like an OCD type thing-resistant to change and taking chances. If your health's OK and you're happy I wouldn't stress on it.
