Just let her know from the beginning that sex is all you want and she shouldnt get the wrong idea that you wanna get back together...... Well just know that if you two do hook up for sex make sure she understand that's all you want. She might still have feelings for you and if you are just going to use her that could really hurt her feelings.

Well I guess it would depend on the vibes she'd be putting out to you whether she'd be ok with it or not. But I wouldn't just recommend having sex with her and her expecting something... that would be pretty selfish.
