"i want to see your whole (full) body", as in not wanting to see just partially (like in a picture)

Ok, this would be the right spelling: "Mira, yo quiero ver/verte de cuerpo entero, puedes..."

It has nothing to do with naked bodies! It literally says: "Look, I want to see (you/it) from head to toe, can you... "

maybe she or he asking for a picture but not naked just she or he wants to see full his or her body in a picture..
