Generally in India women pierce their nose even as young girls and wear nose ring. Can any one give me a quote from sastras in support of this?
I am searching only shastraik reasons and not other

Almost all Indian women pierce their nose and its significance is more during marriage. The 'nath' ie ornament worn by women on there nose carries a lot of sexual significance.
The red dots on the fore head of an Indian women shows that she is married. This Red dot called 'bindi' is on almost all hindu Indian women's forehead.
Dark Eyes, long black hair are two things that are considered as attraction

I found this statement when I did a search on this:
Nose piercing was bought to India in the 16th Century from the Middle East by the Moghul emperors. In India a stud (Phul) or a ring (Nath) is usually worn in the left nostril, It is sometimes joined to the ear by a chain, and in some places both nostrils are pierced. The left side is the most common to be pierced in India, because that is the spot associated in Ayuvedra (Indian medicine) with the female reproductive organs, the piercing is supposed to make childbirth easier and lessen period pain.
If that statement is true, then it doesn't sound to me like there would be anything in the Shastras about this, since if this is true, it was brought from the Middle East.

There is no shastra behind it. Nose is pierced only of females to enable them wear ornaments like nose ring (Nathani). Some psudo scientists give reason like accu puncture etc. But if this reason is behind it, why this benefit is restricted upto ladies only ? Males also should pierce their nose and enjoy this benefit of accu puncture !

I thought it was pierced if they are married or intended and not pierced if they are single.
